Todd Hanshaw

Todd Hanshaw is a former professor at Columbia University and professor and director of the Leadership Program at the United States Military Academy at West Point. A key architect of the West Point Leadership Development System, Todd also served as the first director of the Eisenhower Leadership Development Program. The program is a graduate program in partnership with Columbia University to prepare Army captains and, therefore, future officers.
