the source of history: a hundred years of fireworks handed down from generation to generation, the glorious witness of the times

The roots of Wall Street Business School go back to 1792, when a group of visionary stockbrokers gathered at 40 Wall Street (where the school is today) to create the epoch-making New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). In order to cultivate securities practitioners with outstanding professional qualities, they have established an elite training institution, Wall Street Stocks Exchange School, which focuses on providing a steady stream of talents for NYSE.
After more than a hundred years of hard work, Wall Street Securities School has always adhered to the small-scale, lean school-running mode, and unswervingly focused on the training of top talents in the financial field. Although it was interrupted several times by the violent turbulence of the external environment (such as the Great Panic of 1873, the outbreak of the First World War in 1918, the stock market crash in 1929 and the Second World War in 1941), each time after the crisis, it recovered rapidly with a firmer attitude. It has contributed an indelible force to the rapid development and rise of the American economy.
In 2012, in order to meet the profound changes in the global economic structure in an all-round way, the Board of Directors of the College made a landmark decision with a forward-looking strategic vision, formally renaming the Wall Street Securities School as the Wall Street Business School, and with a brand-new concept and model, the Wall Street Securities School was formally renamed the Wall Street Business School. It is committed to building a world-class business school (WSSB) that resonates with the development of the times, and working hand in hand with the world's top business institutions to write a more brilliant new chapter of business.
